»The real estate and investment fair Proprio is a beneficial and needed event since it brings a new wind and variety to what is happening on the real estate market. It enables the participants to establish new business relations or deepen the existing ones because all important actors on the market gather in one place. The fair offers enormous possibilities for organizing and carrying out »one-on-one« business meetings and thus generating new business opportunities. Personal contacts are in this sector, be it on B2B or B2C level, often of decisive importance. The fair in one place offers its visitors as well as general public a wide choice of real estate supply from all over Slovenia and Istria, it enables quick overview of the reality on the real estate market. Hopefully, the latter will in future become interesting for even more people. Similar schemes abroad have successfully functioned for several years, and we – the partners of Mreža Novogradenj Slovenije (the New Buildings Network of Slovenia) – believe that this will happen also in our country.«
