WHY PROPRIO?

---

inspite of the critical and uncertain conditions on the real estate market we successfully organized the 1^st Real Estate and Investment Fair in 2010. 1^st Proprio was visited by 2,240 visitors, while 74 exhibitors presented their offer. We are glad that already at it's first edition, the only Slovenian real estate and investment fair successfully attracted many important Slovenian and foreign organizations active in the fields of the real estate and the investment market. The great response from Proprio's visitors and exhibitors is also a clear indicator that this type of fair is important in Slovenia.

After 1^st Proprio big success, we are already organizing it's second edition, which will on request of the exhibitors, take place on Wednesday and Thursday, 23 and 24 March 2011.

local and foreign companies offering prefabricated real estates; local and foreign companies offering passive construction; local and foreign banks; insurance companies; real estate and investment funds; public sector (national institutions, municipalities, chambers and associations, home funds); companies offering services (cleaning services, removal services, etc); the Media.
