Proprio educational programme is getting ready and we can certainly predict it is going to be more extensive than last year’s edition.

The Public Agency for Entrepreneurship and Foreign Investments of Slovenia will give advice on how to present projects to foreign investors in a suitable way, a partner from Serbia will present Slovenian projects already realized in Serbia, The Association for Green Building of Slovenia (DSG) will dedicate Thursday’s programme to green builders.

This year’s novelty is represented by the exhibition “Let’s build lastingly, let’s work in harmony with nature”, in the frame of which reference works from green building will be presented by DSG.

The 2^nd International Real Estate and Investment Fair PROPRIO, which successfully started in 2010, will open it's doors at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (Gospodarsko razstavišče) in Slovenia on 23 and 24 March, 2011 from 10 am till 7 pm.

After two successful fair days, Proprio closed its doors for one year yesterday.

2,240 visitors visited the fair and gathered lots of very concrete information about the real-estate market from the 74 participating companies and institutions, leaving the fair with offers for buying, leasing, renting, or selling a real-estate of their own.

The organizers as well as the exhibitors are very satisfied with the fair and are looking forward to meeting again at the 2^nd International Real Estate and Investment Fair Proprio in 2011.

Proprio will provide relevant information from the real estate market!

At the event,  estate agencies, investors, construction, geodetic and engineering companies, banks, insurance companies, real estate and investment funds will present themselves as well as all those working in the field of real estate.

Visitors - buyers, sellers, tenants, lessors, investors and others - will have the opportunity to get firsthand information on real estate offers in Slovenia and abroad as well as to get to  know enterprises that offers expert counselling for buying and selling residential, industrial, commercial and tourist buildings and premises.
